A home that feels perpetually sunlit, KOKOMO was crafted to slow the pace, soften the everyday, and invite a sense of stillness from its enviable location on a rare north-facing block along the Burleigh Waters canals.

KOKOMO’s spatial flow unfolds through a series of open-plan living zones. Hardwood timber floors guide you through the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, each framed by views of the canal and resort-style pool. At its centre, a curved-edge kitchen and entertainer’s hub wrap around travertine walls and Taj Mahal stone, bringing together softness and warmth in an understated sophistication.
