Somewhere occupies a quiet stretch of Palm Beach, set on Jefferson Lane between the Gold Coast Highway and the surf. From the street, the building presents as a series of soft horizontal layers, each plate ringed in greenery and broken by glass on its longest sides.
Inside, full-floor layouts open each residence to dual aspects - drawing light through every room and air across every level, north to south.
